Covid 19

We are happy to be open again and serving our customers.

However, it will not be quite business as we all remember it as we get to grips with how to open safely and maintain social distancing.
Our aim is to make you feel comfortable and safe in our shop while at the same time keeping our staff safe.

Our new opening hours are – 10am – 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.

We are introducing a new appointment system for all framing enquiries. Appointments will be for half an hour.
Please let us know at the time of making the appointment if you have a number of items to be framed and need a longer appointment.

We are a small shop and so kindly ask that no more then two people attend a framing appointment.

Following government guidelines we ask you wear a face covering while visiting our shop and to use the hand sanitiser provided.

We have built time into our day for enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures between appointments.

The Gallery will also be open for browsing and purchasing artwork.
We will be limiting the number of people in the shop to allow for social distancing, so please do not be offended if we ask you to wait.
Again, we kindly ask that no more than two people from any one household comes in at once.

Customers are asked to refrain from touching any goods out on display unless they wish to make a purchase. If so, we ask you to enquire at the counter and we will be happy to arrange a closer look.
Items that have been touched will be removed for cleaning and quarantining as appropriate. 

If you prefer we have our online gallery where you can browse from the comfort of your sofa. There is the option to contact us to purchase a piece of artwork or to discuss reserving and viewing work . We are happy to arrange remote payment and socially distanced collection as required.

And don’t forget we have gift vouchers available for any amount you choose and valid for one year.

We thank you for your continuing support and for your patience and understanding as we all get used to operating in the new covid world.

We are really pleased to be able to open our workshop again and can’t wait to start framing your pictures.
