Shirt Framing
All kinds of shirts can be framed, football shirts, marathon running vests, rugby shirts, cycle shirts.
Shirts can be framed with other memorabilia such as medals, photos, tickets or a certificate. Its a great way to celebrate a sporting achievement or your favourite team or player.
We take time over framing sports shirts, carefully stretching them over acid free mount board to give the shirt shape. Sleeves are then stitched in place before the shirt is attached to the backing mount with a few stitches. The top mount is spaced to keep the shirt away from the glass. Mount boards can be selected to match team colours and then the whole thing is framed in a deep box frame to provide lasting protection.
Apart from shirts we have framed baby clothes, a wedding dress and even a complete cheerleading outfit
Box Framing
As well as shirt framing described above, we love framing unusual items for our customers.
Vinyl records, military medals, equestrian rosettes, ballet shoes, baby clothes or shoes, the list is only limited by your imagination.
Canvas Stertching
We offer a full canvas stretching service with bespoke made wooden stretcher bars. Canvases can be hung simply stretched or can be framed in a variety of ways to suit the image.
Float Frames
Ideal for stretched canvases these frames create a small gap between the art and the frame making the artwork appear to ‘float’ in the frame.
Needlework and Textile Art
Needlework takes hours of patience and looks beautiful when stretched and framed. You can choose a frame or mount that picks out the colours in the needlework. To protect the delicate silk or wool from fading work can be glazed using UV protective glass. We prepare fabric items meticulously using traditional stretching techniques, stitching items across acid free mountboard.
